Spring 2019 CIRCLE OF FRIENDS Meditation Course

A joyful, peaceful way to spend 4 evenings, perfect for practitioners of all levels.

Join us for this special four week practice of simple silence. We’ll meditate comfortably (either sitting or lying down) for 2 periods of 20 minutes each. Theme to be announced!

When: Four Mondays, March 4 through 25
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Where: Donna’s home studio: 602 Seabright Lane, Solana Beach
Cost: Four classes for $75. 20% proceeds go to those who so generously provide resources for practice.
Why: To establish peace of heart and mind through contemplative silence in a small group setting – priceless!

Celebrating Spring, a Morning Retreat for Dedicated Practitioners

Yoga and meditation in a small group setting.

These classes are a lovely opportunity to deepen your yoga and meditation practices in a cozy group setting. We'll start with a 1.5 hour nourishing yoga practice and end with a 30-40 minute sitting.

Morning retreats are appropriate for those who are deeply committed to both yoga AND meditation. This next special session will be offered in honor of the spring equinox on Saturday, March 23rd.

Time: 8:30am - 10:45am
Where: Donna’s home studio: 602 Seabright Lane, Solana Beach
Cost: $40. 20% proceeds to San Elijo Lagoon.

Mostly Silent Spring Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Yoga, Meditation, and quiet at the Zen Mountain Center near Idyllwild, CA. Join us for this wonderful spring refuge! Experience a weekend of relaxation and reflection in this beautiful, natural setting, with the option of gentle silence all day on Saturday. It’s been a favorite venue for several years.


Arrive for dinner and settling in at 5:30pm on Friday, May 3.
Official start time is 7:15pm.
Retreat ends after lunch on Sunday the 5th.


Early Bird Special:
$485.00 if deposit of $160.00 sent in by March 25
$525.00 if deposit of $160.00 sent in after March 25

Includes 6 delicious vegetarian meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), simple, shared accommodations for 2 nights, and all yoga and meditation classes. Quiet time is advocated, and in fact all meals except for Friday evening and Sunday lunch are enjoyably eaten in silence.

Space is limited to approximately 15 students. Please register early! You won't regret treating yourself to this lovely and restorative weekend.

2:00-5:30pm: Arrival, settle in
